Receipt of goods to the warehouse
The BEE:Scan mobile app allows you to perform operations on the receipt of goods to the warehouse. Right in the process of receiving goods, the user sees on the mobile device screen the information about the product, the number of processed goods (stock-keeping unit, SKU), and the total number of accepted goods. If necessary, you can always edit the data and save the acceptance result in a CSV file for further processing in the main accounting system of the enterprise
Shipment of goods from the warehouse
Shipping goods from the warehouse is easy and convenient. Using the BEE:Scan mobile app will ensure that there are no errors and will greatly facilitate the user’s work. Product identification by scanning a barcode with a built-in barcode scanner (in the case of using a data collection terminal) or a mobile device camera is much more efficient than using ‘paper technology’. Recalculation of goods
Choose a warehouse for goods recalculation and start working. Recalculation of goods can be carried out both by the accumulation method (consecutive scanning of each barcode), and by manually entering the number of goods. In the absence of a label with a barcode, it is possible to enter an article or product code. Loading data from a file is much faster and more reliable than manually entering data into the accounting system, which can lead to errors
